Your information
Privacy, in plain language.
What happens when you visit the site, join the list, or get in touch.
Joining the Ascendants
The signup form sends your email address to MailerLite, the service ASNT uses to manage its mailing list. You will be asked to confirm your subscription before receiving band updates. Those updates cover music, shows, merchandise, and news from ASNT.
MailerLite stores subscription information and may record email delivery, opens, and link clicks. Read MailerLite's privacy policy for details about its processing.
Leaving the list or asking for help
Use the unsubscribe link in an ASNT newsletter to stop receiving updates. To ask about your information, request its deletion, or correct your email address, contact ASNTRocks@gmail.com. Subscription records may be kept to respect an unsubscribe request.
Visiting and contacting the site
The web server receives technical information such as your IP address and requested pages when it serves the site. The signup endpoint uses request information to limit repeated attempts and protect the form from abuse.
The email links open your own email app. If you contact the band, your message and the contact information you provide are used to respond to your enquiry.
Music players and outside links
The Music page includes Spotify and YouTube players. Loading those players connects your browser to their services, which may receive technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
See Spotify's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy. Bandcamp purchases and visits to social or streaming platforms take place on those providers' sites, under their own privacy and purchase terms. This website does not currently collect payment-card or shipping details.
